Great quality sock

My son has always worn a different, well known, brand of grip stick, and says the Eighteen ones are way better, much thinner so his feet stay cooler and more comfortable.

Good but too tight on calves

Bought these to try out and went for a large size. They are really good quality, I like the way they feel in my shoes and they do seem to stop
me slipping.. However I feel that they are a little too tight on my calves. Not sure if I’m pulling them up too high and they are meant to sit lower - but to me they need to be a bit longer so that they also act as shin liners for the shin pads I need to wear. They are too thick to allow me to wear two pairs of socks as I normally would so instead I have cut the feet out of my hockey socks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we are really pleased that you mention that our socks are good quality and that they stop you slipping. This is echoed by many of our customers. The soles are a comfortable fit with cushioning so that you don't need two pairs of socks, many of our customers either cut the feet out of their socks (as you have done) or they purchase the tube socks that are fully finished at both ends.
